Symptoms

在 VxRail 构建后，无法从 vSphere 进行控制台管理，但无法从桌面进行控制台管理。 

启动虚拟机控制台时显示 MKS 失败的屏幕截图  

由于以下错误，无法打开 Web 客户端：

[400] An error occurred while sending an authentication request to the vCenter Single Sign-On server - An error occurred when processing the metadata during vCenter Single Sign-On setup - java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: no SSLSocketFactory specified.

Cause

这是 DNS 问题。尝试按名称 ping ESXi 主机。如果您未收到响应，请确保您的 ESXi 节点有 DNS 主机条目。

Resolution

将 ESXi 服务器的主机条目放在 DNS 或本地桌面主机文件中。
位置：

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

喜欢：

192.168.225.102 esxi2.testlab.com
192.168.225.103 esxi3.testlab.com

* 确保 vCenter 和 VxRail Manager 之间的时间同步。
