Symptoms

Po sestavení VxRail nelze vytvořit konzoli z prostředí vSphere, ale nelze konzoli spustit z plochy.

Webového klienta nelze otevřít kvůli této chybě:

[400] An error occurred while sending an authentication request to the vCenter Single Sign-On server - An error occurred when processing the metadata during vCenter Single Sign-On setup - java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: no SSLSocketFactory specified.

Cause

Jedná se o problém se službou DNS. Zkuste odeslat příkaz ping na hostitele ESXi podle názvu. Pokud neobdržíte žádnou odpověď, ujistěte se, že pro váš uzel ESXi existuje položka hostitele DNS.

Resolution

Umístěte položku hostitele serveru ESXi do souboru DNS nebo local Desktop Hosts.
Umístění:

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

Jako:

192.168.225.102 esxi2.testlab.com
192.168.225.103 esxi3.testlab.com

* Zkontrolujte, zda je čas synchronizován mezi nástrojem vCenter a nástrojem VxRail Manager.
