Symptoms

VxRailのビルド後、vSphereからコンソールに、デスクトップからコンソールにコンソールを実行できません。

次のエラーのため、Webクライアントを開くことができません:

[400] An error occurred while sending an authentication request to the vCenter Single Sign-On server - An error occurred when processing the metadata during vCenter Single Sign-On setup - java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: no SSLSocketFactory specified.

Cause

これはDNSの問題です。ESXiホストに名前を指定してpingを実行してみてください。応答がない場合は、ESXiノードのDNSホスト エントリーがあることを確認してください。

Resolution

ESXi serverのホスト エントリーをDNSまたはローカル デスクトップのhostsファイルに配置します。
場所：

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

という感じで：

192.168.225.102 esxi2.testlab.com
192.168.225.103 esxi3.testlab.com

* vCenterとVxRail Managerの間で時刻が同期されていることを確認します。
