Avamar：SNMP構成の問題により、管理者UIが誤ったData Domainステータスを報告する

Symptoms

Data DomainのAvamarモニタリング ステータスが、Avamar管理者UIで緑から黄色または赤に変わります。

 
Avamar UIに次のエラーが1つ以上表示される場合があります。
  • Error: SNMPファイル システムのステータスを取得できません
  • Error: ファイル システム情報を取得できません
  • Error: ディスク ステータスを取得できません
  • Error: SSHキーを取得できません

Cause

Data Domainに誤ったSNMP構成があります。

SNMPがData Domainで正しく構成されていない場合、Avamar管理者UIでSNMPエラーが発生します。

Resolution

SNMPがData Domainで正しく構成されていることを確認します。

 

1.Avamar ユーティリティノードにログインし、キーをロードします。Avamar：Avamarサーバーにログインし、さまざまなキーをロードする方法について説明します。」

2.管理者モードまたはシステム エンジニア(SE)モードでData Domainサーバーにアクセスします。Avamar ServerからData Domainシステムにアクセスする方法

3.SNMP構成を確認します。

  • Data Domain上のコミュニティー文字列(Avamarが使用)は、 読み取り専用 のコミュニティー文字列にすることをお勧めします
  • (Avamarが使用する)Data Domain上のコミュニティー文字列は、Avamarホスト名またはワイルドカード「*」に関連づけられている必要があります
 
 

4.Check that the SNMP trapd サービスがData Domainで有効になっている:

snmp trapd status

出力：

SNMP Trapd is enabled.

--又は--

SNMP Trapd is disabled.

 

無効になっている場合: 次のコマンドを使用して、再度有効にします。

Warning: Data Domainのバージョンが5.5.x以上の場合は、 trapd service.

snmp trapd enable

ステータスを確認して、有効になったことを確認します。

snmp trapd status
 

5.SNMP構成の変更を行った後、AvamarでData DomainのSNMPサービスを再起動します。

これは、次の手順を使用して実行できます。 

ある。Avamarユーティリティー ノードに戻ります。

b.root権限に切り替えます。

c. SNMP サービスを再起動します。

mcddrsnmp restart
 

d. コマンドを実行した後、SNMPサービスがUIのステータスを更新するまで約3〜5分待ちます。

6.それでも問題が解決しない場合は、AvamarごとにSNMPの問題の解決パスを確認します。Avamar管理者UI(解決パス)でのData Domain Integrationレポート エラーのトラブルシューティング。
