Symptoms

Yksittäiset asiakkaat epäonnistuvat jatkuvasti päivittäin. Muut ryhmän asiakkaat täydentävät ongelmitta. Nämä vikaantuneet asiakkaat nsrexecd toimii portissa 7938 eikä 7937.
 
DAEMON-LOKI:

Cause

Vioittuneen asiakkaan palveluporttialuetta on muutettu. Tarkista asiakkaan nsradmin-komennolla. 
[root@lnx-client01]:~# nsrports
Service ports: 7937-7938
Connection ports: 0-0

Resolution

Palauta asiakkaan palveluporttialue oletusarvoon 7937-9936 nsrports-komennolla:  
[root@lnx-client01]:~# nsrports -S 7937-9936
[root@lnx-client01]:~# nsrports
Service ports: 7937-9936
Connection ports: 0-0
 
Client Services -palvelujen käynnistäminen uudelleen NetWorker-asiakasohjelmassa:
Linux: systemctl käynnistä verkkolaite
uudelleen Windows: 
net stop nsrexecd /y
net start nsrexecd
