Symptoms

개별 클라이언트는 매일 지속적으로 실패합니다. 그룹의 다른 클라이언트는 문제 없이 완료됩니다. 이러한 실패한 클라이언트 nsrexecd는 7937 대신 포트 7938에서 실행되고 있습니다.

Cause

장애가 발생한 클라이언트의 서비스 포트 범위가 수정되었습니다. 클라이언트에서 nsradmin으로 확인합니다. 
[root@lnx-client01]:~# nsrports
Service ports: 7937-7938
Connection ports: 0-0

Resolution

nsrports 명령을 사용하여 클라이언트의 서비스 포트 범위를 기본값인 7937-9936으로 되돌립니다.  
[root@lnx-client01]:~# nsrports -S 7937-9936
[root@lnx-client01]:~# nsrports
Service ports: 7937-9936
Connection ports: 0-0
 
NetWorker Client에서 클라이언트 서비스를 재시작합니다.
Linux: systemctl networker
Windows: 
net stop nsrexecd /y
net start nsrexecd
