Symptoms

Enskilda klienter misslyckas konsekvent dagligen. Andra klienter i gruppen kompletterar utan problem. Dessa misslyckade klienter nsrexecd körs på port 7938 i stället för 7937.
 
Daemon Log:

Cause

Intervallet för tjänstportar för den felande klienten har ändrats. Kontrollera med nsradmin på klienten. 
[root@lnx-client01]:~# nsrports
Service ports: 7937-7938
Connection ports: 0-0

Resolution

Återställ klientens tjänstportintervall till standardvärdet 7937-9936 med kommandot nsrports:  
[root@lnx-client01]:~# nsrports -S 7937-9936
[root@lnx-client01]:~# nsrports
Service ports: 7937-9936
Connection ports: 0-0
 
Starta om klienttjänsterna på NetWorker-klienten:
Linux: systemctl restart networker
Windows: 
net stop nsrexecd /y
net start nsrexecd
