Symptoms
單個用戶端每天都會失敗。組中的其他用戶端完成沒有問題。這些失敗的用戶端 nsrexecd 正在連接埠 7938 上執行，而非 7937。

Cause
故障用戶端的服務連接埠範圍已修改。在用戶端上與 nsradmin 驗證。
[root@lnx-client01]:~# nsrports
Service ports: 7937-7938
Connection ports: 0-0
Resolution
使用 nsrports 命令將用戶端的服務連接埠範圍還原為預設的 7937-9936：
在 NetWorker 用戶端上重新啟動用戶端服務：
[root@lnx-client01]:~# nsrports -S 7937-9936
[root@lnx-client01]:~# nsrports
Service ports: 7937-9936
Connection ports: 0-0
Linux： systemctl restart networker
Windows：
Windows：
net stop nsrexecd /y
net start nsrexecd
