Symptoms

  • システムが、ハードウェアの欠落または無効なデバイス、または誤った場所に取り付けられたデバイスを報告します
  • ハードウェアの変更後にファイル システムを有効にできない

アラート通知の例:

EVT-ENVIRONMENT-00048 InvalidHardwareWarning: The system detected an invalid hardware configuration
OR
EVT-ENVIRONMENT-00049 InvalidHardwareCritical: Filesystem can't be enabled due to an invalid hardware configuration

Cause

  • サポートされていないスロットに取り付けられた新しいハードウェア
  • 必要なコンポーネントの欠落または置き忘れ
  • 起動中またはインベントリー スキャン中にシステムが検証チェックに失敗する

Resolution

  1. SSHを使用してシステムに接続し、次のコマンドを実行します。 
    • # enclosure show  misconfiguration
    • このコマンドは、欠落しているハードウェアや正しく配置されていないハードウェアを特定します

  2. 正しいスロットと構成の要件を確認するには、 Data Domainハードウェア ドキュメントを参照してください。

  3. 有効な構成基準を満たすように、システムの電源をオフにし、ハードウェア コンポーネントを再配置するか、取り付け直します。

  4. システムを再起動させます。ハードウェア構成が有効な場合、アラートは自動的にクリアされます。
