Symptoms

  • 系统报告硬件缺失或无效，或设备安装在错误位置
  • 硬件更改后文件系统无法启用

警报通知示例：

EVT-ENVIRONMENT-00048 InvalidHardwareWarning: The system detected an invalid hardware configuration
OR
EVT-ENVIRONMENT-00049 InvalidHardwareCritical: Filesystem can't be enabled due to an invalid hardware configuration

Cause

  • 新硬件安装在不受支持的插槽中
  • 所需组件缺失或放错位置
  • 系统在启动或资源清册扫描期间验证检查失败

Resolution

  1. 使用 SSH 连接到系统并运行： 
    • # enclosure show  misconfiguration
    • 此命令可识别缺少或错误放置的任何硬件

  2. 请参阅 Data Domain 硬件文档以确定正确的插槽和配置要求。

  3. 关闭系统电源、重新定位或重新安装硬件组件，以便满足有效的配置标准。

  4. 重新启动系统。如果硬件配置有效，警报将自动清除。
