Symptoms

NetWorker VMware 保护集成配置了 vProxy Appliance。  备份工作流无法使用操作超时消息创建虚拟机 （VM） 快照。  vProxy 备份工作流显示大约 15 分钟后超时的操作：

YYYY/MM/DD 23:03:50 ERROR:  [NW_BUILD] Failed to get status of create snapshot task: Operation timed out.
YYYY/MM/DD 23:03:50 ERROR:  [NW_BUILD] Failed to create snapshot.
YYYY/MM/DD 23:03:50 ERROR:  [NW_BUILD] Unable to create snapshot of virtual machine: Failed to create snapshot.

Cause

备份工作流请求在备份开始时创建 VMware 快照，然后请求在备份工作流结束时删除。操作是通过 vCenter API 请求请求的，并且虚拟机快照的创建、管理、删除通过 VMware 进行处理。

Resolution

需要在虚拟机级别调查虚拟机快照请求持续时间。  如果需要，请联系 VMware 支持部门，以获得有关虚拟机快照超时的进一步帮助。
