Symptoms

Hyper-V 備份失敗，並出現類似以下錯誤： 
Error <17211>: Failed to get the HA VMs from the Avamar Windows Cluster Service, Err = 80004005
Error <17203>: unable to prepare VMs for backup
Error <17179>: Failed to get the virtual machines from the Avamar Windows Cluster Service

Cause

有幾個因素可能會導致此問題：

  1. WMI 或 PowerShell 服務 處於故障或無回應狀態。
  2. 權限問題：Avamar Windows 叢集服務使用的帳戶缺少 Hyper-V 命名空間的存取權。
  3. 不正確的多重代理組態：多個節點設定為主要代理，或次要節點包含 --proxy 旗入 avhypervvss.cmd。

Resolution

  1. 驗證 WMI 連線能力：
    在 PowerShell 中執行此命令： 
    • Get-WmiObject -Query "Select * From mscluster_resource where Type='Virtual Machine'" -Namespace root\mscluster

如果命令失敗，請將 Hyper-V 節點重新開機以還原 WMI 功能。

  1. 驗證權限：
    • 新增網域帳戶 （由 Avamar 附掛程式服務使用） 到：
      • 本機系統管理員
      • 每個叢集節點上的 WinRMRemoteWMIUsers 群組
    • 確認此帳戶是 Active Directory 中的網域管理員 成員。
    1. 正確的多重代理組態：
      • 只有主節點應具備： 
        • --multi-proxy=node1,node2,node3,node4
--proxy
      • 從中移除任何代理設定 avhypervvss.cmd 在輔助節點上。
    2. 更新資料集：
      • 移除叢集中不再存在的任何虛擬機器
      • 在容錯移轉叢集管理員中確認 VM 狀態。
