Avamar：由於「備份」網路，無法註冊 Windows 叢集

Symptoms

嘗試使用 Avamar 叢集組態工具將 Windows 叢集用戶端註冊至 Avamar 格線時，可能會出現下列錯誤訊息： 

"Error: Could not find cid.bin in var folder path (Example: O:\Avamar_logs\var\cid.bin). Please check avagent.log file to see if there are problems with client registration!  Tip: This error can occur if provided details for Avamar server are incorrect."

以下錯誤 avagent.log 檔案： 

avagent Error <5365>: Cannot connect to 10.x.xxx.xxx:28001.
avagent Error <6210>: Unable to register '/DELL\Cluster_client' with MCS at xxxxx.xxxx.lab.emc.com:28001
avagent Error <7500>: Registration error: NULL message received
即使叢集精靈成功完成，同盟叢集用戶端 （Exchange DAG、Hyper-V CSV） 也可能無法出現在 Avamar 主控台中。

Cause

在下列情況下，叢集客戶機可能無法註冊：

  • 叢集節點有多個 NIC。
  • 只有指定為 備份網路 的 NIC 才能將流量路由至 Avamar 網格。
  • 依預設，叢集代理程式會綁定 至生產 IP 位址，這可能缺少預設閘道或 Avamar 格線連線。

Resolution

設定叢集名稱>>服務的備份代理程式<<，以綁定至可與 Avamar 格線通訊的 IP 位址。

  1. 從 Windows 作業系統開啟 容錯移轉叢集管理工具 。
  2. 前往叢集名稱 ->服務與應用程式。 
  3. 尋找「叢集名稱>>」的備份代理服務<<，按右鍵，然後選取「屬性」。
  4. 前往 「一般 」標籤，然後將「啟動參數」欄位的現有內容複製到記事本。
  5. 對啟動參數進行以下變更 
    1. Edit --netbind=<<IP address of Backup network>>, that is --netbind=10.xx.xx.x
Remove the --disablegui=true flag
  6. 儲存變更。
    1. 使備份代理資源脫機。
    2. 使備份代理資源連線。
若為叢集用戶端，請確認綁定至指定 IP 位址的 NIC 具有預設閘道，或可連線至 Avamar 格線。如果沒有，請選擇不同的可用 IP 位址，該位址可繫結至可存取 Avamar 格線的現有 NIC 介面。

連線能力測試：
用 ping 含來源 IP：

ping -S <source IP address> <Avamar grid IP>

範例：

ping -S 10.x.x.x 192.xxx.x.x

如果您看到：

PING: transmit failed. General failure.

選取的 IP 無法連線至格線。調整網路組態或選擇其他 IP。
