Symptoms

avtar Error <0000>: Unable to retrieve volume information for 'Z:\' (Code: 0x3ed code 1005: The volume does not contain a recognized file system.

Cause

原因

Resolution

以解決此問題。 
  • 將 Avamar Server 升級至。
    • 19.4.100-124 或更新版本 
  • 此修正已納入 Avamar 19.4 及更新版本的軟體版本中。
  • 在 avs\var 目錄中建立avtar.cmd檔案，並新增下列旗標：
    • --no-query-vols=DRIVE NOTE （其中 DRIVE NOTE 代表觸發錯誤的磁碟區）
