Symptoms

您無法以 root 身分登入 Avamar 資料節點，或使用 SSH 連線至該節點。

從 Avamar 工具節點 （已載入 SSH 金鑰） 發出的命令沒有回應。

鍵盤和顯示器可直接連接至節點，以檢查作業系統的狀況。

以根身分登入受影響節點時，輸出結果可能類似下列內容： 
> su - root

Cause
