Symptoms

Avamar UI 또는 로그에 다음 오류가 나타납니다.

<MRMON154> Controller ID: 0 Battery relearn timed out

Cause

공급업체에서 검토 중입니다.

Resolution

1. Avamar Server에 관리자로 로그인하고 루트로 권한을 상승한 다음 SSH 키를 사용하여 페이지를 아래로 스크롤할 수 있습니다.

2. UI 이벤트 또는 Dial Home 서비스 요청의 정보 사용:

a. 오류 메시지를 생성한 노드를 확인합니다.

b. 해당 노드에 루트로 연결합니다.

ssn 0.# --user=root

(여기서 0.#은 물리적 노드 번호입니다.)

3. 압축 풀기 /var/log/messages 아래 해당 명령을 사용하는 파일:

bunzip2 /var/log/messages*
gunzip /var/log/messages*
xz --decompress /var/log/messages*
 

4. 배터리 재학습 이벤트에 대한 메시지 로그(/var/log/messages)를 검토합니다.
