Symptoms

  • La CLI di Data Domain (DD) è in sessione limitata.
  • L'utente non può accedere a DDSM.
    Segnalazione dei comandi CLI *** Errore durante la connessione al servizio di gestione in "localhost"
  • System Management Services (SMS) viene visualizzato come core dump e non è in esecuzione.

Cause

L'e-license di valutazione è scaduta.

Resolution

Attenersi alla seguente procedura:

  1. Ottenere un nuovo file di licenza permanente o di valutazione.

  2. Sostituirlo con il file in /ddr/etc/licenses/license.lic

    # mv /ddr/etc/licenses/license.lic /ddr/etc/licenses/license.lic_orig.
# touch /ddr/etc/licenses/license.lic
# vi /ddr/etc/licenses/license.lic and paste the new license and save it.

  3. Riavviare l'SMS.

    # se sms restart

  4. Visualizza l'elicense di aggiornamento.

    # elicense show

    Da /ddr/etc/license/license.lic

    INCREMENT DD_REPLICATION EMCLM 1 permanent uncounted \
         VENDOR_STRING=ENV=INT-PERM; HOSTID=ANY ISSUER=EMC \
         ISSUED=29-Nov-2012 NOTICE="ACTIVATED TO SiteID: 12345678" \
