Symptoms
当针对标记为发送“已读回执”的已存档邮件的邮箱运行“删除历史”活动时，邮件的原始发件人将在其邮箱中收到一封“未读”通知电子邮件。
冲击：发件人邮箱收到大量通知。
Cause
此问题是由于邮件在删除之前未被用户读取，导致 Outlook/Exchange 发送未读邮件。
Resolution
SourceOne 不发送已读回执，因为这是 Outlook/Exchange 的一项功能。 如果在 SourceOne 活动删除邮件之前未读取邮件，则会触发 Outlook/Exchange 发送未读回执。
