Symptoms



LDAP를 데이터 소스로 사용하여 SourceOne 이메일 관리 활동을 실행하면 활동이 중단되고 결국 중지되며 "디스패처 종료" 상태가 됩니다.

활동 유형에 따라 추적 로그에는 오류가 표시되지 않지만 ADS 경로 사용 항목에 있습니다.

SourceOne 이메일 관리 콘솔을 통해 활동의 LDAP 데이터 소스를 편집하고 "실행"을 선택하면 스마트 카드를 연결하라는 "스마트카드" 팝업이 나타납니다.

LDAP 쿼리는 사용자가 OK 또는 Cancel을 누를 때까지 실행되지 않습니다.

Cause

작업을 수행하는 작업자 서버에는 이 팝업이 발생하도록 하는 스마트 카드 인증서가 설치되어 있습니다.

Resolution

이 문제를 해결하려면 다음 단계에 따라 스마트 카드 인증서를 제거합니다.

  1. SourceOne 서비스 계정으로 로그인한 상태에서 RUN 명령을 열고 MMC.exe 입력한 다음 Enter 키를 누릅니다.
  2. MMC 콘솔에서 File\Add or Remove Snap-ins를 선택합니다
  3. Add or Remove Snap-ins 창에서 "Certificates"를 선택하고 Add를 선택합니다. 팝업에서 "My user account"를 선택하고 Finish를 선택한 다음 OK를 선택합니다.
  4. Certificates - Current User\Personal\Certificates를 확장합니다.
  5. 오른쪽 창에 스마트 카드 인증서가 표시되어야 합니다. 인증서를 제거합니다.
