Cause
Menselijke fout of het flashgeheugen is mislukt als de opstartconfiguratie onleesbaar is.
Resolution
Het probleem is dat de werkende (in het geheugen) configuratie van een of meer van de Arista- of Dell-switches niet overeenkomt met hun opgeslagen configuratie.
Als de switch is uit- en ingeschakeld of opnieuw is opgestart, keert de switch terug naar wat is opgeslagen en daardoor kan de switch teruggaan naar een niet-werkende status. Hoewel de werkende configuratie waarschijnlijk ook de beste configuratie is, is dit niet gegarandeerd.
Bepaal welke instellingen het beste zijn en zorg ervoor dat de werkende en opgeslagen configuraties hetzelfde zijn. Door dit te doen, overleeft de switch een stroomcyclus of herstart zonder regressie.
