Symptoms
Soita kotiin ei toimi Dell EMC Unityn jälkeen: järjestelmä on määritetty EMC Secure Remote Support (ESRS) Virtual Edition (VE) Gateway -palvelimeen.
Cause
Dell EMC Unity: järjestelmät edellyttävät, että ESRS määritetään Dell EMC Unity -tekniikalla: Unisphere Manager, jotta voidaan ottaa käyttöön Call Home -toiminto.
Resolution
Keskitetyn ESRS:n määrittäminen Unisphere Managerissa:
- Valitse Settings > Support Configuration.
- Anna EMC-tuen tunnistetiedot ja yhteystiedot.
- Valitse EMC Secure Remote Service.
- Valitse Keskitetty-valintanappi ja kirjoita ESRS VE Gateway -palvelimen verkko-osoite.
- Valitse Valmis.
