Symptoms
Dell EMC Unity:システムがEMC Secure Remote Support(ESRS)Virtual Edition(VE)ゲートウェイ サーバーで構成された後、オートコールが機能しません。
Cause
Dell EMC Unity:システムでは、Dell EMC Unityを使用してESRSを構成する必要があります。Unisphere Managerを使用してコール ホーム機能を有効にします。
Resolution
Unisphere Managerを使用して集中型ESRSを構成します。
- Settings > Support Configurationを選択します。
- EMCサポート認証情報と連絡先情報を入力します。
- EMC Secure Remote Serviceを選択します。
- 集中化オプションラジオ ボタンを選択し、ESRS VEゲートウェイ サーバーのネットワーク アドレスを入力します。
- ［Finish（終了）］を選択します。
