Symptoms
Dell EMC Unity: 시스템이 ESRS(EMC Secure Remote Support) VE(Virtual Edition) 게이트웨이 서버에 구성된 후 Call Home이 작동하지 않음
Cause
Dell EMC Unity: 시스템을 사용하려면 Dell EMC Unity를 사용하여 ESRS를 구성해야 합니다. Call Home 기능을 활성화하기 위한 Unisphere Manager
Resolution
Unisphere Manager를 사용하여 중앙 집중식 ESRS를 구성합니다.
- SettingsSupport > Configuration을 선택합니다.
- EMC 지원 자격 증명과 연락처 정보를 입력합니다.
- EMC Secure Remote Service를 선택합니다.
- 중앙 집중식 옵션 라디오 버튼을 선택하고 ESRS VE 게이트웨이 서버 네트워크 주소를 입력합니다.
- 마침(Finish)을 선택합니다.
