在 Dell EMC Unity 之後無法正常撥打 Call Home：系統是在 EMC Secure Remote Support （ESRS） Virtual Edition （VE） 閘道伺服器上完成設定。
Cause
Dell EMC Unity：系統需要使用 Dell EMC Unity 來設定 ESRS：Unisphere Manager，以啟用 Call Home 功能。
Resolution
使用 Unisphere Manager 設定集中式 ESRS：
- 選取設定 > 支援組態。
- 輸入您的 EMC 支援登入資料和聯絡資訊。
- 選取 EMC 安全遠端服務。
- 選取集中式選項選項按鈕，然後輸入您的 ESRS VE 閘道伺服器網路位址。
- 選取完成。
