EVT-MPATH-00005: The number of active paths to a disk has decreased. Multipath redundancy has been lost unless there are more than one connection paths.

因應措施是切換受影響的 SAS 和/或磁碟路徑，如下所示：

在所有情況下，請重新掃描受影響的磁碟插槽，嘗試進行不中斷復原：

# disk rescan <n.n>

如果磁碟重新掃描無法恢復丟失的路徑，請按照以下步驟操作：

確定丟失的磁碟路徑及其相關的SAS和/或HBA埠號：

實現此目的的有用命令包括： 

# disk port show summary

# disk multipath status

# enclosure show topology

# log watch debug/plaform/kern.info

1. 尋求必要的客戶核准，然後透過發出命令繼續停用檔案系統：

#filesys disable

2. 停用 缺少路徑的連接埠。請勿 停用使用中或剩餘路徑 （在此範例中為 2a）。發出命令：

#disk port disable <port number>

在上述範例中，執行以下命令以停用路徑 3b：

#disk port disable 3b

3. 等待 2 分鐘，讓路徑容錯移轉至單一或剩餘的 SAS 路徑。2 分鐘後，檢查並確認路徑已成功容錯移轉，然後繼續執行下一個步驟。
4. 重新啟用受影響的連接埠：

#disk port enable <port number>

5. 請等待 2 分鐘，讓系統重新對應磁碟路徑：例如：

#disk port enable 3b

6.  沿著受影響的路徑執行拓撲或 I/O 測試：

# enclosure test topology <path> duration <time in mins>

在上面的示例中，語法為：

# enclosure test topology 3b duration 2

7. 驗證輔助路徑現在是否處於活動狀態。在出現 ONIE 提示時，執行下列命令：

# disk multipath status

8. 路徑問題解決後，請重新啟用檔案系統：

# filesystem enable

1. 移除受影響的磁碟。
2. 等待 2 分鐘。
3. 重新插入磁碟。
4. 等待 2 分鐘。
5. 檢查磁碟和多重路徑狀態。
