EVT-MPATH-00005: The number of active paths to a disk has decreased. Multipath redundancy has been lost unless there are more than one connection paths.

解决方法是按如下所示切换受影响的 SAS 和/或磁盘路径：

# disk rescan <n.n>

如果磁盘重新扫描未恢复丢失的路径，请按照以下步骤作：

确定丢失的磁盘路径及其相关的 SAS 和/或 HBA 端口号：

用于实现此目的的有用命令包括： 

# disk port show summary

# disk multipath status

# enclosure show topology

# log watch debug/plaform/kern.info

1. 寻求必要的客户批准，然后通过发出以下命令继续禁用文件系统：

#filesys disable

2. 禁用 缺少路径的端口。请勿 禁用活动路径或剩余路径（在此示例中为 2a）。发出命令：

#disk port disable <port number>

在上面的示例中，通过运行以下命令禁用路径 3b：

#disk port disable 3b

3. 等待 2 分钟，以允许路径故障切换到单个或剩余 SAS 路径。2 分钟后，检查并确认路径已成功进行故障切换，然后继续执行下一步。
4. 重新启用受影响的端口：

#disk port enable <port number>

5. 等待 2 分钟，让系统重新映射磁盘路径：例如：

#disk port enable 3b

6.  沿受影响的路径运行拓扑或 I/O 检测：

# enclosure test topology <path> duration <time in mins>

# enclosure test topology 3b duration 2

7. 验证辅助路径现在是否处于活动状态。运行命令：

# disk multipath status

8. 解决路径问题后，重新启用文件系统：

# filesystem enable

1. 卸下受影响的磁盘。
2. 等待 2 分钟。
3. 重新插入磁盘。
4. 等待 2 分钟。
5. 检查磁盘和多路径状态。
