Symptoms

Microsoft 在 Outlook 中啟用 SourceOne 離線存取以及下列任何增益集時，Outlook 可能沒有回應或停止回應：

  • Microsoft Azure 資訊保護 （AIP）
  • Condeco Outlook 增益集

在下列情況下，這些沒有回應或停止回應可能會隨機發生：

  • 切換資料夾時
  • 切換項目時
  • 結束 Outlook 時

Cause

Resolution

此問題已在 SourceOne Offline Access 7.2.6.6229 或以上的 Hotfix Bundle （HFB） 或 Service Pack 版本中解決。（7.2.6 + 混合式快閃記憶體盤 2）
Hotfix 套裝和服務套件套件可供 https://www.dell.com/support 下載，選取「驅動程式與下載」以存取所需的軟體。

對於運行 Condeco Outlook 外接程式的客戶，也請聯繫 Condeco 支援團隊以獲取最新版本的 Condeco Outlook 外接程式。

注意：修補程式僅適用於解決此問題時可用的最新修補程式或產品 Service Pack 版本。
注意：安裝熱修復套裝 （HFB） 時，必須以正確的順序安裝所有套裝，才能正確套用所有修正程式。
注意：建議您一律升級至 SourceOne 版本、Service Pack 和 Hot Fix 套裝的最新版本，以確保所有目前已解決的問題均已修正，包括上述問題。
