Cause

vProxy required port 111 is not opened.

Resolution

Perform the following steps:
  1. Confirm that the vProxies can access the required ports to the ESXi host (443, 111, 902).
  2. Fix opening the port that is found closed.
  3. Un-register and re-register the vProxy back.
