Konfiguration von ESRS

Der folgende Fehler wird während der Netzwerkprüfung angezeigt.

$ uemcli /sys/support/esrsi checkNetwork

Operation failed. Error code: 0x6400b76
The system encountered an unexpected error while completing the ESRS action. Search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider (Error Code:0x6400b76)

 

Cause

Die Endnutzerakzeptanzlizenz (EULA) wird nicht akzeptiert.

 

Resolution

Überprüfen Sie, ob die EULA akzeptiert wurde oder nicht:

service@(none) spb:~> uemcli /sys/support/esrsi show


1:    Enabled       = no
      EULA accepted = no

Wenn es bereits akzeptiert wurde und immer noch nicht funktioniert, wenden Sie sich an den technischen Support von Dell, um eine Bereinigung durchzuführen. Wenn sie nicht akzeptiert wird, besteht die einfachste Methode darin, ESRS in Unisphere neu zu konfigurieren. Wenn es dabei jedoch zu einem Timeout kommt (beim Hinzufügen von Kundenanmeldedaten):

uemcli /sys/support/esrsi set -acceptEula yes

Sobald der obige Befehl ausgeführt wurde, wird ein CST-Lockbox-Nutzer erstellt.

Validieren Sie erneut:

spa:/cores/service>uemcli /sys/support/esrsi checkNetwork

Operation completed successfully.

Operation failed. Error code: 0x6400bc7
 Integrated EMC Secure Remote Support cannot be enabled at this time, because the system cannot contact any required EMC server. Please refer to online help for this error code to resolve the issue. (Error Code:0x6400bc7)
