네트워크 검사 중에 다음 오류가 표시됩니다.

$ uemcli /sys/support/esrsi checkNetwork

Operation failed. Error code: 0x6400b76
The system encountered an unexpected error while completing the ESRS action. Search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider (Error Code:0x6400b76)

 

Cause

EULA(End User Acceptance License)에 동의하지 않습니다.

 

Resolution

EULA의 동의 여부를 확인합니다.

service@(none) spb:~> uemcli /sys/support/esrsi show


1:    Enabled       = no
      EULA accepted = no

이미 동의했지만 여전히 작동하지 않는 경우 Dell 기술 지원 부서에 정리를 요청하십시오. 허용되지 않는 경우 가장 쉬운 방법은 Unisphere에서 ESRS를 재구성하는 것이지만 시간이 초과되는 경우(고객 자격 증명 추가 시):

uemcli /sys/support/esrsi set -acceptEula yes

위의 명령이 수행되면 CST Lockbox 사용자가 생성됩니다.
