O seguinte erro é visto durante a verificação de rede.
$ uemcli /sys/support/esrsi checkNetwork Operation failed. Error code: 0x6400b76 The system encountered an unexpected error while completing the ESRS action. Search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider (Error Code:0x6400b76)
Cause
A Licença de aceitação do usuário final (EULA) não é aceita.
Resolution
Verifique se o EULA é aceito ou não:
service@(none) spb:~> uemcli /sys/support/esrsi show 1: Enabled = no EULA accepted = no
Se ele já for aceito e ainda não funcionar, entre em contato com o suporte técnico da Dell para fazer uma limpeza. Se ela não for aceita, o método mais fácil é reconfigurar o ESRS no Unisphere, mas se o tempo de espera estiver sendo excedido (ao adicionar a credencial do cliente):
uemcli /sys/support/esrsi set -acceptEula yes
Depois que o comando acima é executado, ele cria um usuário CST Lockbox.
Valide novamente:
spa:/cores/service>uemcli /sys/support/esrsi checkNetwork Operation completed successfully.
Ou
spa:/cores/service>uemcli /sys/support/esrsi checkNetwork Operation failed. Error code: 0x6400bc7 Integrated EMC Secure Remote Support cannot be enabled at this time, because the system cannot contact any required EMC server. Please refer to online help for this error code to resolve the issue. (Error Code:0x6400bc7)
Nota: O exemplo acima mostra que esse problema foi corrigido (a primeira verificação é boa, a segunda verificação diz problema de rede). Mas abordamos a mensagem "O sistema encontrou um erro inesperado" aqui.
