Symptoms

ESRS'nin yapılandırılması

Ağ denetimi sırasında aşağıdaki hata görülür.

$ uemcli /sys/support/esrsi checkNetwork

Operation failed. Error code: 0x6400b76
The system encountered an unexpected error while completing the ESRS action. Search for the error code on the support website or product forums, or contact your service provider (Error Code:0x6400b76)

 

Cause

Son Kullanıcı Kabul Lisansı (EULA) kabul edilmez.

 

Resolution

EULA'nın kabul edilip edilmediğini doğrulayın:

service@(none) spb:~> uemcli /sys/support/esrsi show


1:    Enabled       = no
      EULA accepted = no

Zaten kabul edildiyse ve hâlâ çalışmıyorsa temizleme yapmak için Dell Teknik Destek ile iletişime geçin. Kabul edilmezse en kolay yöntem Unisphere'de ESRS'yi yeniden yapılandırmaktır ancak bu işlem zaman aşımına uğruyorsa (müşteri kimlik bilgisi ekleyerek):

uemcli /sys/support/esrsi set -acceptEula yes

Yukarıdaki komut gerçekleştirildikten sonra bir CST Kasa kullanıcısı oluşturulur.

Tekrar doğrulayın:

spa:/cores/service>uemcli /sys/support/esrsi checkNetwork

Operation completed successfully.
