Symptoms
When filesystem snapshot was taken by admin it considers Name and Taken time is local time based, however the taken time for the scheduled snapshot would be server based, which is GMT timezone.
Cause
Snap schedule uses server time as snap name, but client (GUI) uses local timezone, so it could cause confusing, the customer will need to focus on snap creation time instead of snap name. Creation time in GUI shows as local timezone.
Resolution
No fix yet, the customer need to check the creation time instead of snap name. The fix will be there in the next Unity code upgrade (after code 4.1.1.9138882 which is the current code release).
