Symptoms
iSCSI connections from one or more hosts to Dell EMC Unity storage are flapping with below error:
"iSCSI link down on physical port X" appear.
Cause
These errors are reported due to network failures mostly outside the array. Also, if any cables are loose or not connected properly.
Resolution
- The network and the physical connections should be checked.
- Verify all cables are properly connected.
