Cause

Resolution

若要解決此問題，請先確認相關用戶端的正確 NDMP 使用者名稱和密碼。若要執行此作業，請從 NetWorker 伺服器使用命令「ndmpsup -c [client_name]」連線至 NAS 並進行驗證，因為命令會提示 NDMP 使用者和密碼連線至 NAS，如果成功，則會輸出 NAS 詳細資料，若失敗則輸出驗證錯誤。

驗證 NDMP 帳戶憑據後，請編輯相關用戶端的每個實例並檢查遠端使用者名並重新鍵入密碼，然後保存用戶端。由於密碼是遮罩欄位，因此必須為每個用戶端實例執行此操作，以確保設置正確的密碼。
