Symptoms
SRS yapılandırmasında Müşteri, Dell'den erişim kodu isteği başlatmak için "Erişim kodu gönder" düğmesine basmaya çalıştığında, Dell'den destek hesabının destek kimlik bilgileriyle ilişkili e-posta adresine bir erişim kodu gönderilir.
