Cause
Java 已更新到较新版本，但 Windows 防火墙中的 Java 防火墙规则中的新 Java 路径尚未更新。
Resolution
1.编辑允许 Java 可执行文件连接的入站 Windows 防火墙规则，并更新路径以反映新的 Java 路径。
或
2.使用以下命令添加新规则以允许在 Windows 防火墙中java.exe：
netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name=“Java - Allow with Networker 9” dir=in action=allow program=“%PATH\java.exe” enable=yes
其中 %PATH\java.exe 是java.exe所在的路径，例如：C：\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_73\bin\java.exe
或
2.使用以下命令添加新规则以允许在 Windows 防火墙中java.exe：
