Symptoms

  • 部分儲存集先前無法使用腳本或自動複製。
  • 「ghost」儲存集可能會顯示，沒有具有 mminfo 的磁片區名稱 （請參閱下方）。
  • 檢查目的地檔案系統顯示的儲存集檔案，但不是「備註」檔案。
  • saveset 的掃描器命令失敗 （請參閱下方）。
  • 進一步嘗試複製儲存集失敗，並顯示錯誤：犯 錯：5004-nfs 查閱失敗 （nfs：沒有此類檔案或目錄）

Cause

DD 已啟用保留鎖定。這可防止移除不完整的原始儲存集，並防止下次複製嘗試在目的地路徑中覆寫資料。

Resolution

因應措施：

在上面的掃描器嘗試中，在目的地找到儲存集的路徑： 
//nw-server-name/destination-device-path/08/04/notes/705d0dc6-00000004-5982f3fd-599ed855-190c442c-4c9896fd

我們需要儲存集本身的路徑，其會比「備註」高出一層，例如： 
//nw-server-name/destination-device-path/08/04/

然後新增 DD mtree 路徑，該路徑一律會啟動 /data/col1/mtree 名稱。DD CLI 上的「mtree list」會顯示已設定的 Mtree。Mtree 名稱通常與主機 NetWorker 伺服器名稱相符。接著將長儲存集名稱新增至結尾。
因此在此範例中，完整路徑會變成： 
/data/col1/nw-server-name/destination-device-path/08/04//705d0dc6-00000004-5982f3fd-599ed855-190c442c-4c9896fd

我們必須使用此路徑停用目的地 Data Domain 系統上的保留鎖定：
  • 在目的地 DD CLI 上執行：mtree 保留鎖定還原 [path] （路徑從上方）。這 會要求 sysadmin 密碼。
