Symptoms

部分 .xlsx 和 .pdf 檔案的還原工作失敗，並會在記錄檔上出現下列錯誤：

Cause

此行為是由於具有不同文件頭、NTFS 和 FAT32 的還原檔組合到同一還原作業到NTFS分區的組合。

警告中提到的檔具有FAT32文件頭。這些檔是在具有 FAT32 分區的舊 Windows 2003 伺服器上創建的，然後移動到具有 NTFS 分區的系統。

Resolution

此問題已在 avtar 二進位檔中識別為程式碼問題，且已獲得解決。目前的 Avamar 版本應該不會遇到此問題。

如果問題出現在任何目前的 Avamar 版本上，可以採取下列步驟解決：
  1. 在還原操作之前，添加標誌 --x06=4096 在代理程式路徑的avtar.cmd檔中 <client-install-folder>\var。
  2. 執行還原這些 FAT32 檔案，然後在還原後移除旗標。
 
注意：
  • 該標誌旨在將具有 FAT32 標頭的檔還原到 NTFS 分區。
  • 該標誌只能用於 FAT32 檔案類型，無法還原 NTFS 檔案類型。
  • 完成 FAT32 檔還原後，必須從avtar.cmd檔中刪除該標誌，並僅在需要時再次使用。
