内部エラーのため、VxRailの最終事前チェックに失敗しました。

VxRailアプライアンスの完全なシャットダウン中に、すべてのvCenterアクションがタイムアウトになりました。HAの無効化、サービスVMの移行など

Cause

DNSがないため、vCenterが機能しません。  このお客様の環境では、DNS VMは通常のVMとしてVxRailアプライアンス上にあります。

Resolution

対処方法: DNSサーバーVMの1つをオンにして、他のすべてのVMをシャットダウンした後に手動でシャットダウンを再試行します。  
または、VxRail上にないDNSサーバーをvCenterアプライアンスにポイントします。

Additional Information

Recommendations:（推奨手順:）VxRail vCenterアプライアンスのDNSが、VxRailクラスター上でホストされていないサーバーを指している必要があります。
そうでない場合、DNS VMは、最後にシャットダウンするVMの1つであり、最後にシャットダウンされるESXiサーバーに配置する必要があります。

また、Log Insight VMがまだ実行中の状態でこの問題に遭遇したお客様もいらっしゃいました。
