Symptoms

Some wide reports, when produced as PDF files, break up metrics across two lines. For example:

123,898,2
34.00

Cause

The report is too wide for the default A4 or letter format.

Resolution

  1. Edit the scheduled report job and select the email tab
  2. Under Format, select the Add format pull-down and click PDF
  3. At the bottom, Open the newly created PDF link
  4. Select a larger page size, such as A3, and page orientation as Landscape
  5. Save the changes
 
Note: You may have to experiment with the best page size that fits the report.
