Symptoms
Upgrading NetWorker using a AD user account with special privileges to install software.
NetWorker upgrade from 9.1.0.2 to 9.1.1.3 failed with error "A file that is required cannot be installed because the cabinet file "....cfgk1.cab" has an invalid digital signature.
This error occurred after installing certificate as per KB 000496571.

Cause
User do not have required permission to all required components.
Resolution
Try installation with Local Administrator account.
