Enkel inloggning för SourceOne WebSearch misslyckas med följande fel:

"Det går inte att auktorisera med webbtjänsten"

Felet "Ett fel har inträffat" rapporteras när webbläsaren uppdateras och vi ser ett 401-fel i IIS-loggar

Cause

Problemet orsakas av att regeln Tillåt under . Net-auktorisering för SearchWS har fel tjänstkonto 
  • Tjänstkontot har lagts till med namnet "tjänstkonto"
  • Rätt konfiguration är "Domän\tjänstkontonamn"



Resolution

Regeln för att lägga till ska skapas med någon av följande inställningar:
  •  Rollen EMC SourceOne-säkerhetsgrupp med hjälp av fälten Angivna roller eller användargrupper.
eller
  • EMC SourceOne-tjänstkontoanvändaren med hjälp av inmatningsfältet Angivna användare.
SourceOne-tjänstkontot ska konfigureras som "Domain\ServiceAccount Name" i stället för bara tjänstkontots namn

Om konfigurationen inte är "Domain\Service Account" misslyckas
