SourceOne WebSearch 的單一登入失敗，並出現以下錯誤：「

無法使用 Web 服務授權」

瀏覽器重新整理時，會報告錯誤「發生錯誤」，我們在 IIS 記錄

Cause

此問題是由 .Net 授權下的 SearchWS 下的允許規則具有不正確的服務帳戶所造成 
  • 服務帳戶已新增「服務帳戶」名稱
  • 正確的配置是“域\服務帳戶名”



Resolution

新增規則應使用以下任一設定建立：
  •  使用指定角色或使用者群組輸入欄位的 EMC SourceOne 安全性群組角色。
或
  • EMC SourceOne 服務帳戶使用者，使用指定的使用者輸入欄位。
SourceOne 服務帳戶應設定為「網域\服務帳戶名稱」，而不只是服務帳戶名稱

如果組態不是「網域\服務帳戶」，SSO 將會失敗
