Symptoms



SourceOne WebSearch 的单点登录失败，并显示以下错误：“

无法使用 Web 服务进行授权”

，刷新浏览器时会报告错误“An Error has occurred”，我们在 IIS 日志

Cause

此问题是由具有不正确的服务帐户的 SearchWS 的 .Net 授权下的“允许”规则引起的 
  • 已使用“service account”名称添加服务帐户
  • 正确的配置是“域\服务帐户名称”



Resolution

应使用以下任一设置创建添加规则：
  •  通过使用指定的角色或用户组输入字段来确定 EMC SourceOne 安全组角色。
或
  • 通过使用指定用户输入字段的 EMC SourceOne 服务帐户用户。
SourceOne 服务帐户应配置为“域\服务帐户名称”，而不仅仅是服务帐户名称

。如果配置不是“域\服务帐户”，SSO 将失败
