Symptoms

バックアップが次のエラーで失敗します。

175297:save: Unable to set up the direct save with server 'NW_server_name': 
Unable to connect to the storage node on host <storage_node_name>: 
save failed to authenticate with nsrmmd on host <NW_server_name>: Timed out..

Cause

nsrmmd 応答を停止し、サーバーの並列処理が 32 (デフォルト) に設定されました。そのため、バックアップのために追加のプロセスを開始できませんでした。既存のジョブがタイムアウト エラーで失敗していました。

Resolution

NetWorkerサービスを停止して、ハング状態のすべてのプロセスを削除します。サービスの停止時にプロセスが停止しない場合は、ジョブを手動で強制終了します。

Linuxの場合 
サービスの停止: nsr_shutdown
すべてのプロセスが停止したことを確認し、停止しないプロセスのプロセスID(PID)を収集します。 ps -ef | grep nsr
ハングしたサービスをすべて強制終了します。 kill -9 PID
サービスを開始します。 service networker start

Windowsの場合：
サービスの停止: net stop nsrexecd /y
すべてのプロセスが停止したことを確認し、停止しないプロセスのプロセスID(PID)を収集します。 tasklist | findstr nsr
ハングしたサービスをすべて強制終了します。 taskkill /PID PID /F
サービスを開始します。 net start nsrd && net start gstd
 

並列化の範囲を増やして、バックアップを開始します。サーバー --> サーバーのプロパティ --> 一般

メモ: View --> Diagnostic View を有効にする必要があります。

サーバーの並列化の向上  
サーバーの並列化属性は、サーバーが同時に受け入れるセーブ ストリームの数を制御します。サーバが受け入れることのできるセーブ ストリームの数が多いほど、デバイスとクライアント ディスクの実行速度が速くなります。クライアント ディスクは、パフォーマンスの限界またはクライアント ディスク間の接続の限界で実行できます。デフォルトのサーバー並列処理は 32 です。最大1024まで並列化を設定できます。値を大きくすると、次のようになります。32、64、128、256、512、1024.

サーバーの並列化は、バックアップ ジョブの起動を制御するために使用されるのではなく、バックアップ サーバーによって受け入れられるセッションの最終的な制限として使用されます。バックアップ サーバー自体が過負荷にならないように、サーバーの並列化の値はできるだけ高くする必要があります。
