175297:save: Unable to set up the direct save with server 'NW_server_name':
Unable to connect to the storage node on host <storage_node_name>:
save failed to authenticate with nsrmmd on host <NW_server_name>: Timed out..Cause
nsrmmd 停止响应，服务器并行度设置为32（默认）;因此，无法为备份启动其他进程。现有作业因超时错误而失败。
Resolution
停止 NetWorker 服务以删除所有处于挂起状态的进程。如果进程在服务停止时未停止，则手动终止作业。
Linux：
停止服务：
确认所有进程均已停止，并收集未停止的任何进程的进程 ID （PID）：
终止任何挂起的服务：
启动服务：
nsr_shutdown
确认所有进程均已停止，并收集未停止的任何进程的进程 ID （PID）：
ps -ef | grep nsr
终止任何挂起的服务：
kill -9 PID
启动服务：
service networker start

停止服务：

net stop nsrexecd /y

启动服务：
net start nsrd && net start gstd
