部署虚拟机的 OVF 时，vCenter 中显示错误：

The operation failed for an undetermined reason. Typically this problem occurs due to certificates that the browser does not trust. If you are using self-signed or custom certificates, open the URL below in a new browser tab and accept the certificate, then retry the operation.

1. 从 Web 浏览器中，转到 vCenter Server 或 vCenter Server Virtual Appliance 的基本 URL，而不附加端口号。
   例如：

   https://vcenter.domain.com/ 

2. 单击右侧灰色框底部的下载受信任的根 CA 证书链接，然后下载该文件。
3. 解压 ZIP 文件的内容。
4. 对于 Windows 操作系统，请按照以下步骤将证书文件安装为受信任的证书，并参阅系统管理员在此过程中是否出现任何问题：管理受信任的根证书 |Microsoft 学习版
5. 转到浏览器（例如 Chrome）并使用以下步骤导入证书：转至设置>高级> 管理证书> 受信任的根证书>，单击 CA> 导入> ，然后选择已下载的证书文件。
