Symptoms
部署虛擬機器的 OVF 時，vCenter 中顯示錯誤：
The operation failed for an undetermined reason. Typically this problem occurs due to certificates that the browser does not trust. If you are using self-signed or custom certificates, open the URL below in a new browser tab and accept the certificate, then retry the operation.Cause
這可能是由於瀏覽器沒有證書而導致的。
Resolution
- 從網頁瀏覽器，前往 vCenter Server 或 vCenter Server 虛擬裝置的基本 URL，而不附加連接埠號碼。
比如：https://vcenter.domain.com/ - 按一下右側灰色方塊底部的下載受信任的 root CA 憑證連結，然後下載檔案。
- 解壓縮 ZIP 檔案的內容。
- 若為 Windows 作業系統，請依照下列步驟將憑證安裝為受信任的憑證，並在程序中發生任何問題時回頭聯繫系統管理員：管理受信任的根證書 |Microsoft學習
