Symptoms

Det går inte att SSH-ansluta till MDS-switchen. Följande felmeddelande visas:

"Remote Side unexpectedly closed network connection"

SSH-växling från fungerande switch till ej fungerande switch genererar följande fel:

"SSH_exchange_identification:read: Connection reset by peer"

Cause

SSH-process kan ha fastnat

Resolution

Alternativ lösning:
  1. Ta bort och återaktivera SSH för att starta om SSH-tjänster och återställa anslutningen.
  2. Anslut till konsolporten och kör följande:
Disable SSH:
conf t
no feature ssh  (wait a few mins)

Re-enable SSH:
conf t
feature ssh
  1. Verifiera SSH-anslutningen till Mgmt0 via nätverk eller PuTTY.

Om det fortfarande inte går att ansluta SSH kan det vara nödvändigt att ta bort och återskapa RSA-nyckeln.
  1. Anslut till konsolporten och kör följande:
config t
no feature ssh
no ssh key rsa 1024    <-- wait a few minutes

Re-enable SSH:
config ssh key rsa 1024
feature ssh
